How Much is Shipping?

We want to make our subscriptions as easy as possible and have already included shipping for all domestic orders within the USA!

When will my subscription ship?

Fabric 101 Subscriptions will be shipped the 1st-5th of the month.

 

What is the cut-off date to order each month for Fabric 101?

Fabric 101 starter boxes are available year round.  However, if you want to enroll in our monthly subscription to have a new fabric with info card, you need to order by the 19th of the month.  

How will I know when my subscription has shipped?

You will receive an email notification from our shop once your order has been shipped.  If you do not receive an email by the times outlined in the previous question, please feel free to send an email to help@fabricfix.com and we will get back to you shortly.

Can I Pick-up My Order?

Unfortunately, we do not offer local pick-up for our subscriptions.  

Can I combine by Fabric Subscription order with my regular Boho Fabrics order?

We are not able to combine regular shop orders and subscription orders.  Our goal is to get everything out to you as soon as possible and this would greatly affect streamlining the subscription orders. 

What if I sign-up in-between months?

If you sign up after the current month’s subscription has been sent, you will be sent the following month’s fabric selection.  

Can I use a discount code from bohofabrics.com and apply it to my order?

No, discount codes from Boho Fabrics cannot be applied to Fabric Fix orders.  This includes reward codes/points as well.

Can I earn points from Fabric Fix and apply them to my Boho Fabrics rewards account?

Fabric Fix will not be offering reward points.  You can earn reward points on our main website, www.bohofabrics.com for regular shop purchaes.

I loved a particular fabric that I received!  How can I buy more?

We are so happy that you are loving your subscription boxes!  We will offer any remaining yardage at retail pricing over on www.bohofabrics.com.  If you have a specific question about your fabric please email us, help@fabricfix.com

Unfortunately, not at this time.  This is something we will be adding in a couple of months though - stay tuned!

Returns Policy:

Due to the nature of subscription boxes, we cannot offer a return on products unless the product is defective.  If you do not like what was included in your fabric subscription, you are more than welcome to sell it on our Boho Fabrics Buy Sell Trade Facebook Group here:  (insert link)
